I have produced this small 50 page book to help coaches looking for a simple resource outlining the key requirements of coaching the fundamental skills of rugby. Each section covers a basic skill, highlights the mechanics needed to execute these skills in plain language, based on my experience as a skills coach (and not as a bio-mechanist!) and includes a few tips I have picked up over the years. There are lists of drills that I have used, many are those shown in my videos but this is not a book of drills - rather a resource that I hope will give you the confidence to create your own.
