11/05/11 • Get the edge over your competition

We all know that practice makes perfect right?  Actually the truth is ... not always.  Rehearsal of a skill must be done both regularly and correctly in order to improve.  All the practice in the world won’t help you if your technique is poor and you are performing a skill incorrectly.  In fact it will only reinforce bad habits which make it harder for you to progress.

So how do you know if your technique is correct?

Ellis Rugby is introducing a new service for individual players that will ensure all their practice DOES make perfect!

Individual Skills Assessments:

An Ellis Rugby Skills Assessment involves completing a series of filmed tests.  Your technique is analysed and you are provided with an individual analysis CD highlighting your strengths and weaknesses and including strategies to enhance or modify technique and maximise your skill development.  Dave can also offer remedial coaching.

BECAUSE ...  THE EDGE IS IN THE DETAIL

If you have a particular skill you are struggling with, or you just want to get the edge over your competition, get in touch with esther@ellisrugby.co.nz for more information.  Realistic rates and great discounts for teams.
